Discovery has done it ONCE AGAIN !!!

I pray to see the day that Discovery Health is shut down and there doors are closed forever because all they do is ***** money from innocent hard working people and do not want to give back. My mother is an unemployed widow who is having endless problems with u useless people. Query logged in October last year still not resolved and no feedback received. Got two phone calls after logging a complaint on hello peter. thereafter sweet nothing. I requested the new medical aid card in December, to date no cards received. Now the final straw. Chronic application submitted as she was diagnosed with diabetes and cholesterol. I get an email approval and immediately after I get a call saying its a system error and blood results do not meet criteria. I was basically told that even if I get further motivation from the doc it will not get approved as it was recently diagnosed. What nonsense?? So if u fall ill and develop a condition the ******* will not cover. Thank you very much Discovery for doing nothing for us but ***** our money. I am now taking my business elsewhere.
