Discovery has become impossible to communicate with.

Is it only me who has found that Discovery has become way less communicative in recent years. We pay a significant amount to Discovery every month and trying to get a human to communicate with us is nigh on impossible. They have fallen into the mindset that electronic communication and being obtuse is the way forward.
