Discovery going down hill fast

We are on discovery keycare option for last 14 years. After years they started to take some of the benefits away, but still medical aid goes up every year and the minute your debit isn't off, they phone to hear why not.. so I had an accidental fall in January 2025, which resulted in my shoulder muscle being **********, and I mean it is off, can't grow back etc, so I need the surgery, because if the muscle shrinks, they won't be able to fix it. I'm a swimming instructor for learn to swim, it is my job, not a hobby. I use my arms 6days per week. I have been declined 3 times, reason, it's my should muscle (not shoulder replacement) and it's not life threatening. They would rather set me up to become an drug addiction and most probably won't even cover for rehab by that time. Almost R9000 per month and this is what I get. Asked to go on higher plan, so I can get it doen, not planning on downgrading again... answer,: no only from end Oct, but you can downgrade during the year. With.....
