Discovery gets you with the T's & C's

So, I took my 1 year old to the emergency room for a medical emergency. You do get 2 emergency room visits for children under the age of 10 per year. So, Discovery doesn't pay for the visit. I phone them and they say that the Dr must be on their supplier list before they pay. If not, you must take the child to one that is on the list. So, here is the problem. You rush the kid to the emergency room because it is after 17:00, and an Emergency! You go to the closest Emergency room. Now Discovery wants you to first phone them to check if said Dr on call at the emergency room is contracted in or not. If not, tuff cookies you pay, or drive somewhere where the dr is contracted in.

It is my child, I'll pay anatyhing for her to get treatment, but don't come with these "amazing emergency room benefits" if it is impossible to use! Absolutely over Discovery that charges thousands a month under the guise of all these amazing benefits only to ***** you over in the T's & C's.
