Discovery Gap Cover poor service for pay outs!!!

Discovery Gap Cover: I am extremele disapointment in Discovery Gap Cover. After been a client for nearly 11 months of the policy i was hospitalised because of heart attack symptons and pain. In hospital they discover is not my heart and need further invesication and send me for a Gastroscopy procedure which was not a pre planned procedure. There was auth given for the procedure. Now the Discovery gap cover refused to pay all the shortfall payments because i was on a 12 month waiting period for Gastroscopy on the gap cover side which was never communicate with me when i signed up. What will the next excuse be when their is a claim? The medical aid providers make me now crazy!!! I spoke with Gap cover but instead I was advised then to cancell my policy. I am on the discovery comprehensive policy and this is the highest option. Please fix the payments to pay out the medical providers. This is the only way to win the trust back.
