Discovery Gap Cover has Bad Service

I had such great service with Discovery Medical Aid that I decided to try take out their Gap Cover too.

After a week of submitting docs, phone calls and emails I got nowhere. I even laid an official complaint via Discovery website and still nothing. I was dealing with a lady named Thandeka. She seemed very nice but could not get the job done.

So I had to go to another supplier for my Gap Cover who provided me with excellent service. Very disappointed.
