Discovery Gap cover

Tried to change my current service provider for medical gap cover to Discovery ...what a drama.had to endure a person reading terms and conditions to me for 15 min, to which later i put phone down next to me while she waffled on.Then inquest of proof of info.To date still dont know if i have cover or not. Not worth the effort
