Discovery Gap Cover must be the most useless organisation I have ever come across. Their systems don't work and every month I have to phone . The excuse is still my claims were affected by their problems so that they have to do it manually, however today I phoned 3 times and if I hear this again that I will have a escalate this it is going to kill me before my cancer does. Yet they were having a party with corks popping and loud voices , but I pay their salaries. This company sucks. It's no use going to Head Office they are too stuck up to assist you, go to the left-hand corner where they know less , while the staff prowace around the shops and restaurants.
