Discovery Full of **** !!!

My wife has a Chronic condition Ulcerative Colitis, This condition is on Chronic with discovery . She went for a colonoscopy procedure , this is covered under the Chronic benefit. I Paid the R4550 cash to the hospital and wanted to claim back under the Chronic benefit. I submitted the claim and this morning to my angry , some idiot rep**** saying no Payment Reason code 273 , no medical savings . Idiot , this should come of the Chronic benefit. Andrian Gore makes enough money , does discovery have to abuse control and ****en take advantage of hard working south Africans. If u can help i will write up Andrian.To *** . I want this sorted ASAP ... Discovery are quick to debit your monthly rate and but to refund .
