Discovery **********ly debits without consent

I have taken Medical Aid for my mum.I have excess to the Discovery app which i had checked on the 31st Dec 2015 which clearly showed 2016 contribution 290.I was debited 830 for January upon my dad who has queried this as i am not in the country was told that we been wrongly paying for a year.If this was so y has anybody not called or emailed me too confirm this directly.My mum is unemployed she does not earn an income.I was requested to send affidavits which i sent like 3 times.Maybe its time to move over to another medical option as this seems to be the same problem we have every year.Unfortunately i was hoping i would get to talk too yourll regarding this policy but im out of the country.But the number im going to provide is my dad and i will like yourll to e mail on my email aswell to hear yourlls response.
