Discovery ***** - listing of providers as full cover but paying partial cover

Ref: ********** 719 My health care provider was listed on Discovery website under find a provider as full cover- i even have a screenshot of this evidence and my claim was only processed at a 100% rate. When i called in to point this out after my claim the consultant Nicolas Pillay agreed with me as he seen the same and sent the claim for reprocessing. The claim was again rejected when i called in to follow up yesterday and the consultant confirm she can she sees this provider is set for partial cover and read to me the reason why the claim was sent for reprocessing. Nicolas did not mention the reason why it should be reprocesses and that the dr was listed as full cover. The DR also references Discovery rates in his documents under billing so some arrangement existed. I believe that Discovery has **********ly changed there website after my query but are not will to compensate my claim for their mistake. I used this dr only because he was listed as Full Cover on their website so i can benefit from my scheme better. I should beable to trust my service provider but now have no confidence. I am willing to take Discovery up for this as i have screenshot proof of this ***** and am considering leaving them. they have ripped me off and need answers
