Discovery forcing medical professionals to become *********.

I am treating a patient with a PMB condition. We have completed the PMB form as requested by Discovery. They have accepted the ICD 10 code, but are rejecting my tariff codes stating they are not relevant for the treatment, but they are not the ones treating the patient. If this patient does not get proper rehabilitation and treatment of both his shoulder and scapula and neck then his shoulder is not going to lift normally again. He is a young man and needs ongoing treatment of his condition. They just turn around and state that they are not going to pay the treatments and won't accept my codes. We only have a few codes to our disposal, there are no other codes that are relevant for this treatment and if I use other codes then the treatment becomes R100 more expensive, which I do not feel is ethically correct. Discovery is forcing medical professionals to become *********, just so we can get paid for our services.
