Discovery forcing me on a lower plan

my partners was on my medical aid as a dependent. He Started a new job and the company requires him to be the main member. I Cancelled existing membership effective 31 Jan 2016. He App**** to join on the 01 Feb 2016. They never called us, we always need to call them. Today they tell me that because we were already members it's seen as a plan upgrade and we cannot upgrade because we should have done so in January. How would we know when we are going to join a new job that medical is compulsory. Discovery does not seem to want us as a member and our money is not good enough for them. We want to go on a higher plan and we will be paying discovery MORE money! We were members since 2010 but if this does not get resolved, I will be taking my money elsewhere!<br> <br> DISCOVERY ***<br>
