Discovery forces members to use Life or Netcare hospitals otherwise you must pay a co payment

I cannot believe that the competitions board has not found Discovery in breach of the competitions act. On any plan even the highest ones they force you to use specified hospitals or day clinics which they have an agreement with. If you do not use them you pay R6300 Co payment. This is not fair on the member who pays contributions but also causes other hospitals and clinics to lose business. How is this even allowed. I was told I need to change my doctor and hospital which will incur additional costs as I would need to pay another consultation and maybe more tests before I could get my op. This is really a disgrace to fair business practice.
