Discovery finding a way not to give treatment

Good day .No point in having medical aid when the time that you need it you are always given excuses. On the 30 August my Husband blacked out while driving and was in a accident .Thankfully he was not not insured but this lead us to the doctor who admitted him for these blackouts that he was having .After 2 days in hospital and running test he was discharged. The neurologist at the hospital has now referred him to a pulmonologist for further treatment .I mailed discovery who now say that they they will not cover specialist out of hospital .But should this not be covered from the in hospital benefit as this treatment is part of the reason he was admitted in the first place .So no my husband can have a black out at anytime ,crash his vehicle or even lose his life and it means nothing to discovery.I would fully understand if we just went to this pulmonologist by ourselves for a checkup that I would have to pay from my savings but I find is so wrong as this treatment is still part of the hospital admission .If this was the case then DIscovery should have kept him in hospital until he he was properly treated by all the doctors including the pulmonologist and fixed his problem then discharged him.Now I’m told that discovery will only cover the specialist and in this case the pulmonologist in hospital. Why wasn’t all treatments completed in hospital when he was admitted .
