Discovery Financial Services telemarketers harassing me
I am continuously bombarded with telephone calls from telephone marketers phoning on behalf of Discovery Financial Services. Each time I request not to be contacted again, but to no avail. I have never consented to to them sending me marketing material or sharing my information with anyone else. I am very disappointed in their ********* conduct and would have never joined their medical aid if I knew this was going to happen.

08 Jan 2020, 15:11To my surprise, I was actually contacted by Discovery and the matter was attended to quite professionally. Have not heard from anyone for quite some time and was starting to think the calls have actually stopped now...... and then it started again today!
I was phoned by one of the partner companies again today ***), wanting to sell me insurance and evaluate my financial (insurance) affairs. When I explained to the lady that I reported Discovery for these unwelcome calls (and passing my contact information on without my consent), she simply put the phone down in my ear.
I simply cannot understand that a company like Discovery can be a part of such unprofessional and ********* practice. (Probably also against the law passing personal information on without any consent)

Again I was phoned by Discovery Financial Consultants in Eco Valley yesterday who tried to get me to change my vehicle insurance to them. What will it take for them to stop harassing me with their unsolicited phone calls? I am sure this cannot be legal and will explore ways on how to report them to the relevant authorities. All I want is for you to respect my privacy and keep my information confidential - is that too much to ask Discovery??
