Discovery false Advertising and taking from savings

Discovery has let me down again. I had a dental procedure at a Day hospital. Discovery said that they would pay my anaesthetist from the hospital benefits on an actual letter they sent me. Yet they decided to go take money out of my savings. How can they fo this. I was promised that the anaesthetist is covered 200% Discovery rate. My anaesthetist still charged out of the goodness of his heart the Discovery rate. Yet they rejected my doctors claim and took my savings account. Hospital benefits are supposed to be used. I have been paying for an expensive plan Classic Delta Saver. Yet this is how I am treated. I want my savings money returned to my account and Discovery must pay for the anaesthetist claim from my hospital benefits fund NOT my savings.
