Discovery - failure to provide service.

Discovery is one of the worst medical providers out there,

1- Rejecting claims, then after a month sends an apology letter saying they should have never rejected the claim for HOSPITALIZATION!! 2- Phoning doctors behind your back making appointments on your behalf (NO POPI ACT? ) 3- Waiting longer than a month for a small claim to be paid back into my account. 4-No one works before 8:00 AM, You must phone them when they want to assist.

Please be very careful of all claims and communication with discovery.
