Discovery fails us AGAIN!!!!!!

I i launched my complain on Hello Peter and Discovery's Emma called my husband back, promising us that they will have a answer for us today Thursday 17 September and we can move forward. It is now 22h29 still absolutely nothing from Emma or anyone else from Discovery. I will continue keeping you up to date as IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THEY WAY DISCOVERY IS TREATING OUR FAMILY!!
