Discovery fails to protect me

I received a call from discovery health on the 27th of October 2015 after i logged a query online a week before. <br> i was on the phone about half an hour. <br> Thoughout the call he was very friendly, some would say slightly over friendly, however because i work in a call centre so i just thought of it as friendliness.<br> <br> The issue came that after the call the consultant inboxed me on facebook as he obviously had all my details. he wwnt on to whatsapp me as he had my number. <br> <br> I called their call cente yesterday to compalin. the guy who answered tried to convince me he is a manager. Working in a call center i know for a fact no manager answeres incoming calls and would know better then try and lie to a customer that way. <br> <br> at this point i am turning to a different medical aid as not only is discovery able to find my previous details to resume my memebrship. they are incapable to protecting my security!! i am beyond furious as if this was me i would have been fired long ago!
