Discovery fails to deliver

<p>After a long battle with Discovery, they still struggle to deliver. They have taken money from my account but have still not delivered the card. Discovery, please tell me: if I do not have my cards what am I paying for? I have really had a bad experience with this medical scheme and I am coming close to go with a competitor.</p>
