Discovery fails to cover PMB AGAIN

On 25th August I went into labour and due to complications had an emergency cesarean section. Out of a gynecologist bill of R16000 Discovery covered less than R4000. For the anaesthetist they covered less than half. My anaesthetist has told me that he will claim the full amount due to it being a PMB as it was an emergency. I have spoken to discovery regarding this and have been told that they will not cover the full amount as they don't consider this a PMB. This is the second time within a year I have had a problem with discovery regarding emergency procedures which they refused to cover. They were proven wrong the first time and had to cover my full bill and are fighting me on it again. Discovery is obviously ********* and has no regard for the LAW.
