Discovery fails its clients , not surpising

Discovery health premuims increase every year, but the value clients get back for it decreases. Sadly discovery dissapoints again when they change their formulary lists and don't think about the consequences of individual cases and clients. I am an asmathic who has seeing a tramendous effect with symbicord as opposed to other powder pumps taken. This year 2019 it will be taken off the formulary list and they refuse to pay for symbicord. My other alternative is sereflo and having taken it before it did not work.Discovery passes the blame and admin to doctors to fill in time consuming letters and documents to then cover the medication of which drs feel thats not their work and don't have the time to do it as precisely as discovery wants, this is all at the inconvenience and cost of the client. Sadly discovery reaps in more profits from this each year by expecting client to suffer. Very dissapointing, having left the insurance with discovery I think new steps would be moving towards other medical aids as opposed to discovery.
