Discovery failing to finalize my CDL PMB medication application

I've submitted ALL blood results, radiology reports, scripts to CIB Application, Chronic queries, MedXpress, my doctor has submitted signed forms, scripts on the 5th August following my submission on the 1st, to date I've heard no response.

This is the last process of escalation, from here, on Monday, I will submit a formal complaint to the CEO's office, Adrian Gore Discovery is putting my health at risk. I've new meds prescribed whilst in hospital to date not approved, no follow up. All myself and my doctor is that we should complete forms, that has been done. This is beyond DISGUTING.
