Discovery fail to meet their 30 day dispute period

<p>On 6 April 2017, I have launced a dispute with Discovery health regarding a 10 year old payment that was never communicated with me. After I send in the dispute, Discovery sent me a conformation stating that it COULD take up to 30 days to resolve. Last week I sent them a mail asking for results as this has been more than 30 days, but no reply. My wife tried to call them but no one answer the phone. This morning I received another mail from Discovery saying my dispute can take up to30 days, on which I rep****, Ithas already been more than 30 days. There seems to be a lack in communication inside Discovery health which is the main co**** of why this dispute has started. Please get back to me ASAP as there are accounts waitng payment.</p>
