Discovery fail to change bank details .

I get a mail saying i'm not covered.<br> <br> I advised a month ago and filled in a form and got acknowledgement of new bank deatails.<br> Today your help line says they see the form and id etc but don't know why it was not processed.<br> <br> So I want to know why not and what is going to happen to the person/people who messed up and failed in their duties!!!<br> <br> I am really annoyed cause I also had to spend my airtime to try and sort this out. The lady who took my call could not confirm that I will be covered until Discovery sort this mess out.<br> <br> Pathetic<br> <br> Philip
