Discovery extremely dissipointing

<p>Discovery medical aid needs to get their story trait on the 06\02\17 I phoned in to confirm if I will be cover for my pregnancy as I am pregnant. The agent confirmed that I am covered and explained the benefits to me. On the 11\02\17 I contact discovery again to get some details from them were this agent was disgustingly rude and attacking me over the phone were she tells me a drifrent story that I most likely will not get covered(so what is it covered or not?) On the 13\02\17 I have send a customer complaint through to discovery ad no feed back or concernce from their side.. This is pathetic were discovery is supported to be a good medical aid!!! I am so frustrated and dissipointed in the service from discovery, that I would consider changing to a medical aid that doesn't mislead their customers and that values their customers!! </p>
