Discovery EXPRESS is a hoax

My son requires chronic medication but he is overseas at this moment in time. He contacted Discovery but was told that arrangements should have been made before the time. I have named Alvin - but in fact is is the whole department. Failure to assist and failure to contact - failure to look at processes and procedures. Failure to provide service. Failure to think out of the box. Call centers are prevalent in today's society - but service is zero... When you call in you have to go though ten minutes of electronic messages and then you can never reach the person you were dealing with in the first place. <br> <br> I have the same complaint with Discovery Card.
