Discovery Excuses

My wife and i was at discovery. Cancelled last year full months notice was given as we moved over to a bew medical plan die to discovery’s incompetence to resolve debit order disputes. Cancellation was processed and finalised and we went our way.

A Few months later received a call saying That we owe over R3000 for discovery. This went on over 2 months of fighting as discovery said they will review all information given and calls was recorded. Well no surprise here no proof can be provided from discovery side that arrangements was put in place by there *********** staff.

Everytime hearing the same excuse they will come back. Spoke to there client manager on the side for collections, he said he will come back, again no feedback, 2 to 3 months later yet again a call from discovery to pay back money as again asking they should provide feedback. Again it was stated they will come back with feedback with regards to my request. To my surprise again no feedback.

Almost a month later we where handed over and blacklisted with again no one at discovery with any feedback on discussion that was held with them!!!!!!

This is getting very ridiculous now As now they have handed us over to lawyers for collection!!!! Discovery you are barking up the wrong tree. Luckly there is something called CPA. Come to the party and stop hiding and with feedback as asked plenty of times. You are backed up against the wall and cant provide feedback on my questions!!! Time to stop hiding behind excuses the whole time!!!!!
