Discovery Ex Gratia

On the 28th May I e-mailed through a request to Ex Gratia. I received a reply a day later to which I rep**** with the necessary requirements. I received a reply on the 8th July requesting further medical tests to be conducted. I responded promptly,stating that I have no Medical Savings left (hence the reason for an ex gratia request) and did not know the way forward. I have forwarded this e-mail twice more since then and as of the 24th July I still have not received a response.
