Discovery Essential dynamic smart waste of time for chronic ?

Scheme covers glucose machine and not pressure machine when patient has chronic diabetes and pressure. How does that work? No one can give me an answer as to why? Why only offer glucose machine and not a pressure machine? Patient has benefits that cover home monitor devise yet they tell me it doesnt cover pressure machine. I really feel like they exaggerate and over promise and when it come time to giving what they say they will, nothing happens. Its a big money making scheme.
