Discovery error leaves me with the bill and no support

Terrible experience!

I signed up for a medical aid, they made a mistake with the paperwork and only put me on a hospital plan. After 6 months I found out that they had made this mistake and that I had not been covered all that time.

They refused to help me or offer any support. The only solution offered was that l pay more money to fix their mistake.

I wouldn't recommend discovery to my worst enemy.
