Discovery employees not available to authorise admission

At casualty with my wife who is having seizures. GP recommended that we go to the hospital. Attending doctor at casualty recommended admission however the hospital cannot get an authorisation because the site manager for Discovery is not available and will only be available on Monday.

This is absolutely pathetic from a company that advertise how important their members are.
