Discovery Health is such a pain!!!! They have, for months FAILED to debit my account, despite me contacting them every single month to request the same! They have the EFT money paid yet they STILL suspend my membership CONSISTENTLY EVERY SINGLE MONTH! I was told the issue was a reference number whil amended but NO! Today is almost halfway through the month! I am apparently suspended! What lf we needed medical attention, as a family? I am exhausted with their incompetence!

I am not even mentioning the fact that their agent **** to me when l joined abousome of the benefits on joining! My son is on the ASD spectrum! DISCOVERY HEALTH DOES NOT RECOGNIZE Autism as a problem! The parents are apparently making it all up!

The scheme is a ****, as far as l an concerned!
