they made a good for nothing call. an argument was ' I'm not willing to pay the money they demand from me, because I believe they were supposed to tell me that if I cancell the policy before the end of the year they will charge me x amount. they argued About me being aware,as if I'm lying because their consultant told me about it. I asked them to listen to the recording. yesterday they called me confirming that I'm right, but they still want me to pay for something we did not agreed on,when I take a policy.
