Discovery Duck n Dive

My wife takes hormone supplements. Comes in packs of 28. This month she had to purchase some pills to carry her to the end of the month. Submitted a claim to Discovery. 3 excuses for not paying. 1 do not pay for acute meds outside of monthly filled prescription. 2 the GP is not accredited (he is). Then excise nr 3:- they do not cover acute meds on my policy (Dynamic Smart). But on page 21 of the policy it clearly states that it is, to a limit, covered. Why all this "duck and diving" to pay a measly R250???
