Discovery Dragging their Heals

Discovery Health debited my account *******ly - they have admitted their error & have confirmed the money would be paid back but to date, they have done nothing & it appears they are just dragging their heals with dire consequences. <br> <br> The problem is that I am a single mother & the deduction from my account was my grocery money & am now battling to feed my family. I just wish Discovery would wake up and fix their mistake so I can put food on the table. <br> I am currently giving my children cup of soup for dinner because there is nothing else in the house!!<br> <br> Besides the above, I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic & Discovery are directly effecting my ability to control my blood sugars. At present I only have enough food to eat breakfast and dinner and therefore are having desperately low blood sugars every afternoon due to the lack of food. <br> <br> I have emailed Mr Bray out of pure & utter desperation but have, to date, not even received a response or acknowledgment of receipt of my email.<br> <br> Please would somebody let me know when I am going to receive MY money back - I cannot wait another week!<br>
