Discovery Dragging their Feet with Medical Aid

We completed medical aid forms and sent them to Discovery mid month. It is now the 30th and we have still not received feedback! This is not without following up! Discovery if you don’t want to take us on your medical aid, why not let us know timeously instead of dragging your feet, promising to get back to us! What’s happening! We were hoping to be enlisted by September!

That’s not good enough though. Next week is September. Had you told us in time we would have looked for an alternative medical aid but we’ve been waiting for you and according to SA law we can only be members of one medical aid.
