Discovery DR connect - DR misses appointment and nothing is done to compensate

scheduled a meeting with a DR on DR connect because i need to get a covid test done as one of my close friends tested positive. not only does my appointment get missed by the DR with no reason given as to why, but also no re-schedule. what a joke DR connect is... cant even get the appointments right. not to mention the discovery is supposed to be a top provider, they charge you an arm and a leg but give you **** service.
