Discovery double debit order

I'm very upset with discovery this morning. I added my newborn to my medical aid in December and was told the deduction would go off on the first of Jan. I had enough money in my account to budget for that. Instead discovery takes off two premiums for my daughter. So I got hit with R218 charges for the debit order bouncing because I hadn't budgeted for discovery taking off two premiums? Who gives you the right to just take off extra off my account without informing me???!!!! What about the money I lost now? The double payment and the fees incurred? I get no response on Facebook and can't get through on their phone lines.
