Discovery don't want to approve all chronic medication

I just joined Discovery from Bonitas and u really regret it,I am waiting for my chronic medication to be approved for a week now and I have not had my chronic medication to date,my health is taking a toll without medication,I called and the chronic department and checked the status and was told that they have sent Foxiga for further review eventhough I did a blood tests and the doctor confirmed my blood sugar levels are high and I need to take foxiga to bring the levels down.But Discovery does not give a damn and will wait for someone to die before approving Foxiga thar costs R100 or so Rands.also I have life cover with them so they don't want to give me foxiga that will help prolong my life...pathetic medical aid will be taking them to the ombudsman!please don't join this pathetic medical aid
