Discovery don't reward healthy and active living

The worst service. Refuse to help me with my flight booster (which I couldn't activate due to their website never working). And now they won't give me my cash back which I got from being active and health (Discovery rewards for active and healthy living). It is discussing and they can't even return a call. I won't recommend discovery vitality to anyone as they don't reward you it's all about making money for them.
