Discovery don't pay their claims

Terrible claim payments and feedback when this is queried. Discovery only paid half of my claim for a medical emergency and claims that it is not in line with the legal definition of a medical emergency. On the website and their policy documents it clearly states that my husbands injuries were considered a medical emergency but they still refuse to pay!!!! This is a classic example of a big corporate taking advantage of their clients and suffering no consequences for their actions despite going against TCF! Stay away from this company or you will be left to pay medical emergencies out of your own pocket due to "grey areas" that they intentionally include in their policy taking advantage of the average man on the street! Disgusting!!!! Maybe they will attend to this if I refer my complaint to the Ombud!
