Discovery don't care about quality of life but only money in their pockets

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and so much disappointment from discovery, all my working life I had been a member of discovery medical aid even though I haven’t been a sick person both myself and my daughter but I had made sure that am under a relatively good quality medical plan I can afford My only dependent daughter who is only 19 years old is been suffering from pathological breast hypertrophy all her teenage years, we consulted with different doctors and they advised us to wait till she is 18 years, last year the breasts were too huge and the physician transferred us to a plastic surgeon who recommended breast reduction My daughter fell into major depression because of these huge breasts and she is constantly having anxiety attacks at school, this resulted in her loosing 3 month of school and there is no hope of her going back to school because this is causing her limited movement, chronic back pains and a hunched posture Irrespective of all the medical and psychological problems presented by doctors of how this has impacted badly on my daughter, discover repeatedly refused to pay for breast reduction surgery and they can’t even pay full for her chronic medication, my daughter is suffering so much, she doesn’t see any reason to continue with this miserable life, I have to get someone permanently to babysit her when am at work because am so scared for her life When we app**** for ex-gratia funding to pay for the surgery they kept of requesting additional information which meant we had to go for consult with the plastic surgeon, of which they don’t pay for, giving us impression that there might be hope for approving the surgery, eventually they just declined without any reason none whatsoever, am really disappointed at discovery, this is not at any case of plastic surgery, my daughter is in great pain physically and psychologically
