Discovery doesn't want to pay claims

I submitted two claims more than a month ago, and Im still waiting for my money. This is really pathetic! Im on their highest plan, the executive plan, so don't know what else they want from me. Worse medical aid ever, who makes you believe you get value for money, but they actually *****ing your money!
