Discovery doesn't pay claims!!!

I submitted claims for medical bills that I paid for hoping that discovery will reimburse. That’s not the case, they did not pay any of my claims telling funny reasons My wife went for a gyna and sona consultation to her doctor on 11/07/2019 and I paid on me on. Discovery rejected my claim saying that the invoice is old. Honestly how old? My wife went to the same doctor on 30/09/2019, Discovery rejected my claim saying that the date is not clear. But the date can be seen on the invoice clearly. You don’t even need glasses to see the date My wife is pregnant, and all this should be covered by the maternity benefit. Why is discovery rejecting? Are you taking chances with people? Are you in the business of rejecting claims or discriminating? If you have any doubts why dont you contact the doctor?
