Discovery doesn't pay

Same old story.

Discovery doesn't pay. I recently had an operation. I called in 4 times to make sure which doctor to go to so that I dont have to pay in. I have confirmation from the manager that I can attend the op and Discovery will cover. I have that recording and what does Discovery do, they only pay 50% & says the rest is for me as the balance is more than Discovery rate. Well that's BS coz you said it was 100% covered.

We pay so much per month , why cant you pay your due.
