Discovery doesnt deliver

So 2 months ago I posted a negative review about Discovery who, after 15 years of membership and around R300,000 worth of premiums paid, coughed up only R7000 of R35000 procedure (they did pay for 2 nights in hospital). After 18 months of trying to speak to somebody my review on Hello Peter got me a phone call from Discovery. We talked for about 15 minutes and he agreed with everything i said - that i had been treated badly, that the whole procedure should have been paid for because i was not first offered the option of a quote etc etc. He promised to get back in touch then nothing. I realise now this employee was probably told to call me, listen and then forget.
