DISCOVERY DOESN'T CARE, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!!

Hi

So Discovery will not be paying for my specialist appointment. I'm so furious at this point I can't begin to describe it. How the hell do you decline me a consultation to see a specialist when my doctor is referring me to one???! It's already been 3 weeks!!!

First of all "I' am the one who went to the doctor because 'I' am not feeling well.

Now, you come here and tell me I cannot go see a specialist. I've never ever in my history with Discovery (years and years) gone to see a specialist and the first time you get a request, you come tell me this??

I'm so sick and tired of Discovery avoiding to pay out when we really need them. I'd rather cancel and join another medical aid if this is how you treat people.

I'm going escalate this further than this. I'm just so tired of sitting back and taking it.
