Discovery doesnt care if you need help

Good day By now, I am past the point of being able to deal with your “call centre agents” I want to speak to a manager immediately regarding my attempts to authorise a lesion to be removed from my leg. I have read through your “exclusions” document which took me a week and several hours on the phone to obtain. I am about to launch an investigation, on social media and in the press, to find other cases like mine, where Discovery is acting in an ********* manner. Can someone, who knows their job description and information, contact me ?
I want answers to the following : 1. Why was I denied authorisation of lesion removal based on “size and location” ? On which page of the “fine print” it this ?? 2. I am on oncology benefits, why was cancer removal coverage refused in 2015 ? 3. What size must cancer be to be treated or removed, as I fail to understand why as a member you refuse to disclose this, yet I am on Oncology benefits, and pay a premium each month since 2001. I can’t understand how you fail to disclose this information. I fail to understand why I am penalised for treating cancer early. 4. What comments do you have, on my friends who have had funding cut off when terminal ? 5. Why would Discovery pay R150’000 plus for disfiguring reconstruction and plastic surgery versus R2700 for treatment early for basal carcinoma ?? 6. Who do I list as liason for press and the Ombudsman ? And future law suits and investigations – do you have a legal department ?
